Purpose of the Christ’s Food Center, Inc. Christ’s Food Center, Inc. has been organized for the sole purpose of sharing the Bread of Life in our community. This non-denominational Christian ministry is focused on teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ as well as distributing food and clothes to those in need. Christ’s Food Center, Inc. will not do one without the other. Food and clothes will be given to anyone that requests it without prejudice of race, religion, color, creed, economic or social standing. Statement of Christian Belief The Holy Bible is clear in Luke 1:25-36 that Jesus Christ is the son of the Living God born of a virgin. It teaches in John 6: 47-48 that Jesus Christ is the spiritual food we all need. It teaches in Acts 2:38 it is essential to repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of sins to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. And in Matthew 25:31-46 that it is the responsibility of every Christian to care for the needs of others. We therefore dedicate ourselves and this ministry to sharing the Bread of Life in our community in the name of Jesus Christ. |

Answers to common questions
The center is open on 3rd Saturday for those who are in need of food, clothing or a Bible. Please call 918-651-3264 for more information. *Under special, EMERGENCY circumstances such as
home fires or storm-related causes, we will open the center up at times other than
3rd Saturday. Everyone can qualify for food that is freely given as long as you live within our normal service area. (click for map) To qualify for food that comes from the government sponsored agencies you must be low income, a Oklahoma resident, and not receiving food from any other agency. The Christ’s Food Center has been organized for the sole purpose of sharing the Bread of Life in our community. We know that the spiritual food that comes from scripture and prayer is more important that the physical food we give out. This is why we do not allow someone to take food to another family. If you are unable to make it, we may arrange a time for you to come and receive food. While we never turn anyone away, an "emergency" menu may be the only one available at times other than 3rd Saturday. We always have emergency food available for anyone who is hungry. You will help your hungry neighbor more by bringing them to CFC to receive food. Remember the basic rule, "Take only what you want and want what you take." There is no penalty for not taking a food item you will not eat or do not want. And please, do not hoard this food. God provides enough each month for everyone's needs. Still have a question? |
